Lee Adams is an artist, curator, dj and owner of Khemia Records. He runs KAOS London where he djs under the name Choronzon.
Lee has staged underground parties and performance events all over London, in addition to KAOS where he has shared the stage with the likes of Orphx, Silent Servant, In Aeternam Vale, Drew McDowall, Broken English Club, Paula Temple, Phase Fatale, Group A and Esplendor Geometrico. Choronzon has made guest appearances for the CTM Festival at Tresor, Antiworld at Brixton Academy, Gegen at KitKat Club, Temple Club, Athens alongside Ancient Methods, Dazed & Confuzed alongside JK Flesh, Plex/BleeD, Jaded and Unmasked at Corsica Studios, Warehouse 9, Copenhagen, Black Movie Festival, Geneva, Body Probe at The Coronet, Ambivalen+ at The Ace Hotel, The Institute Of Light with Rrose and The Yard with Samuel Kerridge, Mindless, Rabat (Morocco) with Chafik Chennouf, Champ Libre in Paris, Meta Libre, Marseille, Boiler Athens and Astron Bar for Fasma Festival. He closed Room 1 at Corsica Studios for The Quietus 10th anniversary alongside British Murder Boys and most recently curated and played for The Boiler Room Kaos London Edition.
Lee has created podcasts for numerous platforms including Unmasked, Phormix, Kosmos, Repartiseraren and New Brvtalism.
Last year he began a new project – Rotten Sun with the experimental violinist Mia Zabelka. They performed at Festival Forte, Portugal in a collaboration with the performance artist Kira O’reilly and video artist Kevin Craig.
Lee is also currently curating the Kaos London residency on Rinse FM.
