Sister Atlas is an experimental ambient project based in Athens, Greece and Toronto, Canada. The project was created after the beginning of the pandemic, building on years’ work and experimentation as well as against the nightmare of the conservatoire. Through field recordings, distorted vocals, synthesizers and record sampling, Sister Atlas explores memory, oblivion and (un)belonging in the form of sentimental noise, drones and (de)constructed melodies.
